25 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today I was over 13.5 grams Protein, under 1.6 grams Carbs and under 3 grams Fats. Got in a modified Legs/Glutes workout tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after dinner. Last nights SpO2 was 91%. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Workouts for this week are on the weekly check in spreadsheet.
