Almost all green today just will miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk since someone was on the escalator(stair master). Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps but will warm up with 5 min on escalator since I have no cardio planned and haven't been on it yet this week. Instead of going to GNC for their Bang! coffee flavor I had some ordered and it will be here sometime tomorrow so will get on Wed AM. Off this week so getting into the gym every morning when the gym is less crowded.
