Almost all green yesterday just missed miles and active minutes before charging my Alta HR. Got in a great Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk in despite missing the box and hitting my thigh and inside of my knee. To explain what the box is it's used for step up, jumps or anything in a CrossFit gym. My trainer did the same thing about 8 weeks ago and her knee still hurts and is bruised. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master if it's free but if not then will do something else. All green today and achieved my steps per hour goal.
