All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Abs and 15 minutes on elliptical.  Went to GNC and bought 2 cases of Bang Georgia Peach tea one case is in the fridge at the gym and the other is in my car. Tomorrow’s workout plan is Shoulders and 15 min warm up on elliptical and 10 min row to finish up. Won the weekend warrior challenge on my fit bit and am in first place in one workweek challenge and in second in the other.
