All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today but missed miles yesterday. Got in a great Cardio/Abs workout today.  Currently I'm in first place in one workweek challenge and in second on the other with 3-5hrs left. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout number of days and time of day.  Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days if the schedule only allows. Bought a second wireless charging pad so I don't have to use any cords at home but will have 1 cord ready for travel or whatever.
