All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and warmed up for 15 min on the elliptical and was supposed to do 15 min on stair master but wasn't feeling it today so got on the treadmill instead for incline treadmill walk. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk.  Thinking about for a reward if I have a good loss this month or a loss ordering the Fit Bit Charge 3. As of right now I'm in the lead in both of my Workweek Hustle challenges on my Fit Bit. Have a weekend warrior challenge starting this weekend. 96oz of water done and 24oz left to go in a bit.
