All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders/Cardio workout started out with 15 min on elliptical then finished with 10 min row. Went and got a screen protector put on my phone after my workout. Almost achieved my steps per hour goal just need the 6PM  hour and that will be done. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical then legs/chest and finish with 15 min on stair master(if it's free). In the morning need to have fasting blood work since it's been a while before breakfast and my workout. Saw a couple of cute phone cases that I might go back and get the next time I need something at GNC.
