All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got my new stuff on the app this morning but the server was down when I got ready to workout so my trainer wrote a legs day workout for me to do today. Changed my calories on the daily active part of the app so now my app won't tell me I'm over 1700 calories when I 'm not. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 10 min row to finish up.
