All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Cardio(20 min incline treadmill walk and 15 min stair master)/4 or 5 abs exercises. Won't know until sometime on Saturday my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times and number of days. Went ahead and preordered the Fit Bit Charge 3 this morning.  For the first time in about 3yrs I had a Subway sandwich tonight for dinner. Haven't eaten one since before I decided to quit TOPS since we ate there every Monday night after meeting and I just got tired of eating there every week for 3yrs.
