Almost all green today just missed floors again. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Great Back and 30 min on elliptical this late afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical/Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 15 min on elliptical to finish. This is the first week all month that I can get into the gym all 5 days. Eager to see what my trainer has planned both weights wise and cardio for next month. Going to see if a combination of 1700 calories consumed and Slimvance twice daily does to help me lose weight this month. Bought a new pair of headphones that are wireless and going to need to get used to having something over my ears since I'm so used to earbuds.
