Not going to go all green today will miss floors and active minutes. Achieved my steps per hour goal today. Not sure of my workout for tomorrow yet if needed I can pick something from the app but hope to have my new workouts by tomorrow afternoon. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze 2-4 times a day. Used it this morning again around lunch time then again a little bit ago when I put jammies on.
