Not going to go all green today gonna miss floors and active minutes. Did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk. Scale is up from last week but down still from 2 weeks ago. My loss last week was mostly due to being sick on Friday and Saturday. Work till 5PM tomorrow then will get into the gym for my workout. Still plan on getting into the gym at least 4 days this week but will see about Friday closer to time.
