Not going to go all green today and didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed it by 3hrs while sitting in the funeral this morning. Plan is to get in 10K steps for today even if I don't get 13K. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs/Chest/Biceps/Triceps the latter 3 not tracked on the app but put into an app in my phone but not the gym app. Had a long day but I'm ready to get back into the routine of getting into the gym again every day or almost every day hopefully that will happen next week.
