Almost all green today just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great 15 min on stair master and 15 min row before shoulders workout later than planned. Around 7:30 this morning got a call to come into work from 9AM-12:30 so didn't get into the gym until this afternoon. Tomorrow I work 6AM-noon then will get into the gym for Back and 30 min on elliptical. Had to split up today's cardio because I can only go 15 min on stair master (escalator) but next month if I go 30 min again will try for 20 just to see if I can go longer than 15 min and work up to 30 on it.
