Not going to go all green today will miss active minutes and floors. Came up 44 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal today while sitting in church tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days. Monday late afternoon, Tuesday morning, Wed early afternoon, Thurs morning and Friday early afternoon. I think this is the first week all month that I've gotten to do all 5 workouts in the same week. After having to miss for being sick one week, a funeral the next week and then a holiday and crazy hours last week.
