Not all green today will miss floors today but will achieve my steps per hour goal. My new workouts were in the app this morning when I went to post my weigh in. Today's workout was Legs and 20 min treadmill walk. Plan on going to Wal-Mart to look for massage balls for my back but if I can't find anything there I'll go to a sporting goods store in the mall and look there. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze 4 times a day and already used it 3 times today so have to wait until before bed to use it again.
