Almost all green but will miss active minutes and floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week not sure what I'll do yet but will have something hopefully by Monday. Even managed to get over 250 steps before church tonight. Update on my back thought it was feeling better but still sore using Bio-Freeze roll on 3 times already today this morning, when I got home around 1PM and then before church. Will use it again before bed tonight.
