Not going to go all green gonna miss floors again today but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 30 min on elliptical 15 min to warm up and 15 min to finish. Update on my back it's feeling better only used Bio-Freeze twice so far and will use it again tonight before bed. Low battery on my Charge3 already all from for a few hours having the notifications on so as soon as I reach my steps goal of 13K at least then I'll put my Charge3 on the charger. Earlier this afternoon the battery was on 35% and now it's 24% went down that fast all by having the notifications on.
