Almost all green on my Fit Bit charge but floors and active minutes. Did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week Monday evening, Tuesday-Thursday mornings and Friday early afternoon. After another gym rest day tomorrow it's back into the gym Monday evening for Legs/Abs. Tonight's meditation will be day 6 of 10. Right now just doing the free part of the app but might subscribe to it in the new year. Also later will read my church book for daily meditation too.
