Yesterday was a 2 Bang kinda day as was today. Went all green but floors and miles yesterday but will go all green all but floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Got in a great Back and 20 min hill treadmill walk today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and 20 min on stair master. Off tomorrow so will enjoy every minute of it and get rest. Got off at 9PM last night but still only got 5hrs 52 min of sleep last night into this morning. More than likely will be in bed by around 9PM tonight just because I'm still tired and wiped from working 1:30PM-9PM last night then the quick turn around and working 6AM-11:20AM today stayed a little longer because the girl who was supposed to replace me called and said she would be late but we didn't know how late she was going to be but only 20 minutes late so not too bad.
