12/1/18 and December Goals

Decided a couple of days ago to start making goals again. Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes. Came up 71 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even going after 6PM on Friday. I met my exercise goal for the week 7 of 7 days but came up short 9 of 10hrs today.
Goals for December: I plan on having a losing month and get into the gym every work day Monday-Friday this month. Scale is down 1.2# for the month with Monday being official weigh in day.
