Almost all green today and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in both yesterdays legs/abs workout and today's shoulders and 20 min walk instead of elliptical so will do 20 min elliptical tomorrow instead of treadmill.  Wasn't going to get any workout in but decided to do the first one around noon and the second one just finished a minute or so ago. Tomorrow's workout plan is work 6AM-2PM then go to the mall for a new tempered glass screen protector and if they have them an otter box defender series and after that Back and 20 min elliptical.
