Almost all green just will miss floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal. Got my new workouts this morning but still need to write them in my notebook will do that in a bit. Great Legs/Abs workout and didn't need any machines today. Tomorrow I'll take my Altered snacks to work on the way home so I can eat them there. Just posted to social media my Facebook page and Instagram almost forgot to do that. Usually I post when I get done with my workouts but was kinda tired today.
