Almost all green just might miss floors today but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs/Abs workout but still getting used to no cardio on Monday. Today is day or session 8 of my daily meditation and I did splurge last night and subscribed to the app. Eager once the basics session is over to explore the app a lot more. Got my vitamins that I take from 1st Phorm tonight just need to write my trainer a check since she paid for them already but going to see if the guy can bill me and send them to me or to the gym whichever is easier for him.
