Unsure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and get at least 13K steps. Decided to take the week off from the gym and get better as this sinus cold is kicking my butt. For the most part I've been getting my 250+ steps in then resting most all of the afternoon. I think if I don't feel better by Thursday then I'll call the doctor and see if I can get in either Thursday afternoon or anytime on Friday. As of now my new workouts aren't in the app yet but that's OK since I need this week to get better instead of trying to fight through my workouts with this sinus cold.
