Day 60

All green on my Versa today, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min row this late afternoon/early evening. Just used my notebook to track my workout today as I'll be just using that for July and beyond. I was down 0.7# from last week's weigh in and have 14.2# to reach my goal of 125 and 7.2# to reach my mini goal of 132. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min cardio of choice then Chest/Shoulders. Still planning on measuring sometime later this week and taking a new photo.
