Day 58

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 17K steps for today.  Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days for the final week of this training month. I'm off after 4PM on Monday and Tuesday but plan on getting my workouts in anyways. Off on Friday so can leave my notebook on the desk before I leave so I can pick it up on Monday of the next week with my new workouts written in. Planning on measuring on maybe Friday for the new training month. I've got 7.1# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.1# to reach my goal weight of 125.  I am down 0.8# from last Monday's weigh in so that's good now to hold it through tomorrow for weigh in on Monday morning.
