Day 251

First journal of 2020. All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Macros were a little better today but need to decrease fat and carbs while increasing protein.  Got in a great Legs/Back and 8min boxing combo. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/arms and 20min treadmill walk or rowing machine row. I've got 7.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.9# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Didn't get my measurements taken this morning and didn't take progress photos yet but plan on it tomorrow when I have more time.
