Day 272

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today over just 4 on fats but had a little more carbs than protein today. Rain/Snow shower mix and icy roads kept me from going to the gym this morning and looked but can't modify my Legs/Back workout enough so just going to get some walking in for Cardio. Woke up about 2:30AM with a headache so was planning on taking a rest day anyway or going easy today.  Tomorrow hoping and should be able to get to the gym since I work 2:30PM-8:30PM. Plan for tomorrow's workout is Chest/Shoulders and cardio the same as planned for today 8 min on elliptical for warm up then 20 min walk on the mats.
