Day 271

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great at home Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk this evening since I got off too late for me to go workout. Tomorrow's workout plan weather permitting is Legs/Back after 8 min elliptical with rpm above 50 then 20 min walk on the mats to finish up.  Macros were great today but up just a little on fats as they were over by 2grams. For the next couple of week's Coach Adam want's me to take fasting glucose readings just to be sure they are still OK.
