Day 279

Writing early again so unsure but plan on going all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great yesterday but atleast fats were in check. These midshifts during the week are killing my eating plan but I have to deal with it because there are others who won't work past 5PM. Modified enough my Legs/Back workout today and also got in a 20 min walk so I can actually say I got a workout in today. Weather kept me out of the gym today but still got the work in. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Arms and 20min walk with 8min on ellie to warm up. Think tomorrow I'll take a progress photo then on Saturday AM take my measurements for Feb.
