Day 269

Almost all green just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great today but will try and be more consistent this week. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 8 min HIIT Ellie warm up then 20 min row to finish up. Coach wants me to add another steady cardio day then also do HIIT so will warm up with HIIT and then finish up with steady cardio. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a bit ago and he liked my video of deadlifts on Instagram and hopefully he will add a comment or direct message me with a suggestion for better technique.
