Day 270

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20min walk on mats and 8min elliptical to warm up keeping rpm above 50.  Macros were great today as coach changed my protein and carbs to 100grams and gave me back the 5grams of fats that were taken away last week so back up to 40grams of fats.  Coach liked the idea of wearing a lifting belt for deadlifts and bar squats.
