Day 263

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Back still sore so gonna take another day or two rest from the gym. I've got 8.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Macros were a little better today but still need to increase protein while decreasing carbs. Fats though were under 40grams again today.
