28 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 21.2 grams, Carbs goal was 100 and I was under 0.9 grams and Fats goal was 30 and I was under 5.7 grams. This weeks workout plan is Legs/Glutes tomorrow, Back/Biceps on Tuesday, Shoulders/Triceps on Wednesday, Legs/Glutes on Thursday and Arms/Lite delts on Friday. Posted my progress photo to my Team SYLL teammates in our private Facebook group. Will send the screenshot with both the photo and my measurements to Coach Adam on Tuesday. Workouts are planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet.  Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.
