Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the 1st Phorm app. Training plan Day 218/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Modified Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core modified after breakfast and 60 min walk at work.   I AM: I have a healthy relationship with my body.
