Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 57 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was on target, C goal was 116 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 5 grams left. Great Day 218/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 219/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training Chest/Arms/Cardio + Core Challenge W1/D4: HIIT after work and 60 min walk after dinner.   I AM: I can feel happiness flowing through me.
