Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 4 calories over,  P goal was 160 and I was 10 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great Day 220/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D5: AMRAP + Core Challenge W1/D5: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow.  All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 221/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D6: Shoulders/Arms/Cardio after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner/before church.   I AM: I hold the keys to happiness in my own hands.
