Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 48 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 28 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 23 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 7 grams left. Great Day 243/305 mile a day and 60 min walk #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress photo clothes are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 244/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W12D1: Legs & Abs + Core Challenge W5/D1: Core after breakfast and 60 min walk in the afternoon.  I AM: I trust in myself, rely on myself, and believe in myself.
