 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 44 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target.  Great Day 215/305 mile a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow.  Work clothes are set out for tomorrow.  Progress Photo Clothes are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning.  All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 216/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D1: Legs & Abs modified and Core Challenge W1/D1: TBD after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I maintain a healthy, positive relationship with myself.
