Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 29 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 17 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 232/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W10/D3: Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W3/D3: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 233/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W12/D4: Chest/Triceps & Cardio + Core Challenge W3/D4: HIIT after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I am so happy to have found love and balance for myself.
