Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 58 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 11 grams over. Great Day 225/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W9/D3: Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W2/D3: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning.  All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 226/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W9/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio + Core Challenge W2/D4: HIIT in the gym after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I am happy every day.
