Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 65 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 13 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 35 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 3 grams over. Great Day 238/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W11/D2: EMOM + Core Challenge W4/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker bottle are packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 239/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W11/D3: Strength/Conditioning +Core Challenge W4/D3: Core and 60 min walk.  I AM: I am choosing today as the first day of the rest of my life.
