Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 51 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 7 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 6 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 10 grams left.  Great Day 219/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio(toes were hurting so skipped cardio)+ Core Challenge W1/D4: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid. Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app.  Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning.  All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 220/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D5: AMRAP modified + Core Challenge W1/D5: Core also modified after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I am open to the Universal flow of happiness.
