Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 15 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 62 and I was 3 grams over.  Great Day 216/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D1: Legs & Abs + Core Challenge W1/D1: Fit Test and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 217/305 mile a day before breakfast, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I choose to focus on everything that is right and healthy in my life.
