Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 31 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 21 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 14 grams over. Great Day 237/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W11/D1: Legs & Abs + Core Challenge W4/D1: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 238/305 mile a day early afternoon, 12 Week Foundations of Training W11/D2: EMOM + Core Challenge W4/D2: HIIT in the gym after my hair appointment and 60 min walk in the late afternoon.  I AM: I deserve to live the life I want and achieve my deepest desires.
