Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 31 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 14 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 5 grams over. Great Day 226/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W9/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio + Core Challenge W2/D4: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 227/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W9/D5: EMOM + Core Challenge W2/D5: Core in the gym after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I nourish every cell of my body.
