Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 32 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 10 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 12 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great Day 231/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W10/D2: EMOM + Core Challenge W3/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid. Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 232/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W10/D3: Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W3/D3: Core in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I forgive myself for my past mistakes and regrets.
