13 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome today just over 10.7 grams on fats but great on both protein and carbs. This week I'm focusing on macros and letting the calories fall where they may. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 min of cardio. I've got 22.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. After consulting a coach within team See You Later Leaner I've decided to focus on macros and let the calories take care of themselves. If I get under 1000 calories its OK as long as my macros are 90 grams of protein, 50 grams of both carbs and fats.
