1 yr, 12 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Truck unload was a good one but hot.  Macros were great again today. My main motivation for my journey is to look good for a family wedding in September of next year. I'm doing better this week drinking my water. When I'm on the register I try and take a drink between customers and every few boxes when stocking freight.

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning.
